I’ve had Tefal steam generators ever since they came out. This is my 4th one and is the best one yet for speed of ironing, and crease free ironing. I dropped the review down one star as Tefal have gone backwards in customer care. For example, the electric cord NO longer retracts which I think is dangerous for tripping over and thus a Health & Safety issue, and, the steam cord oies not go into the base of the machine as my last one did. For a £500 iron I fear this is not good customer care or value for money. Why go backwards Tefal ?
