Christmas Orders and Deliveries
The last order date for NEXT DAY DELIVERY for Home and Cook products to guarantee a before Christmas is before Noon on the 21st of December 2018.
STANDARD DELIVERY orders placed after midday on Friday December 21st 2018 and up to Tuesday 1st January 2019 may not be delivered until after Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
Delivery pricing and times
Home & Cook aims to provide a fast & prompt service on all orders. You should receive your goods within 1-7 working days.
Postage and packing (UK only)
POST FREE for standard delivery on all order over £49.99.
Express delivery (UK only)
The Standard delivery service is fast, however we also offer Next working day delivery for goods ordered before 12pm midday.

We are only able to ship to Northern Ireland and mainland UK postcodes only. Orders requiring shipment outside of these areas will not be processed and payment will not be taken.
You can stipulate a seperate shipping address for your order.
To receive goods next day place your order before 12pm midday Monday to Thursday and we will despatch your goods on our express next day service for delivery the following working day.
We are unable to make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12pm midday Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 12pm midday Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Next day deliveriesare not made on bank holidays.
These rates apply to UK mainland delivery addresses.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
Note: We do not currently deliver to the following postcodes: IM,JE,GY,ZE,HS,PA20,KA27,TR21,TR24,TR22,TR23,TR25 and any post codes above PA41 etc.

We take care to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays do occasionally happen due to unforeseen factors and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order tracking and history
You can track the progress of your order (except single accessory orders which are despatched by Royal Mail) via the ‘My Account’ section of the web-site.

If at any time, you would like to return a faulty, damaged, unwanted or incorrect product please contact our Consumer Service Advisors as you will need to obtain a returns reference number from them before you can return your item(s).
You will need to provide us with your HC order reference number plus a suitable date and address for our courier to collect the item(s). For small items you may be issued with a Royal Mail pre-paid label.
Cancelling your order or returning no longer wanted items
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 30 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 14 days of the confirmed safe receipt of the returned goods. You will need to contact us first with your HC order reference number. Unless received damaged or faulty (see below) the items returned for refund must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used. It should be complete with any accessories and/or free gifts received with the product and in its original packaging.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order shortages or items receive damaged

The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
