It’s easy to use, with a simple On/Off switch and an adjustable thermostat that lets you set the temperature between 150°C and 190°C. Once the Uno has heated up its indicator light turns off, letting you know it’s ready to fry.

Hot oil can make even the most competent cook nervous, but you can rest assured the Uno has been designed with safety in mind. Cool Wall technology makes it safe to touch even while frying, and a lid with a large viewing window prevents hot oil from escaping.

It’s easy to store thanks to its compact size and ingenious folding fryer handle, and comfortably fits most kitchen. What’s more, when you’re done cooking, the frying basket can be loaded into the dishwasher for fuss-free cleaning.
