Tefal Supra Aluminium Twin Pack set with thermo spot indicator for even heat distribution with no hot spots!

Tampographic (pad printing) process where the following layers are applied to each frypan:
1st Layers of scratch resistant PTFE
2nd 4 layers of colour compound are bonded to PTFE
The 4th layer of colour compound has different tone that changes colour when it is heated to a certain temperature
Finally, layers of transparent PTFE are applied over colour compounds
Ensures perfect cooking results without risk of underheating or overheating. Food can be seared at the ideal temperature for professional chef’s cooking performance
